Havas Group has launched the #WomensDayIsAlwaysToday initiative to remember that equality must be a present objective every day if we want to build a better future. According to a social listening analysis carried out by the company, the noise around the word "feminism" decreased by 35% in 2020 compared to the previous year, and the social conversation about "Women's Day" plummeted almost by 60%. On the other hand, Havas Group highlights the great impact that the pandemic is having on women : family and domestic overload, labor concentration in front-line response sectors (health, services, care and teaching).
